What this bundle covers

The things that aren't on the weekly mow schedule.

One crew for the work the regular service skips — the pile behind the shed, the fence line the vines won, the lot that got a code letter. We bring a trailer and we leave with it full. Photos before and after, especially for absentee owners.

  • 01

Storm debris hauled off, not just stacked at the curb

  • 02

Fence-line and bed-line resets after a missed season

  • 03

Vacant-lot maintenance on a monthly or quarterly cycle

  • 04

    Photo-documented before-and-after for absentee owners

  • 05

Single-day turnarounds on most jobs, even on neglected lots

Questions before you bundle

Questions we hear about cleanup & removal.

  • Can you handle a full-acre overgrowth reset?

Yes. Brush hog, chainsaw, trailer. Half-day to full-day depending on density. Honest quote before we start, no surprise add-ons.

  • Do you haul off, or pile at the curb?

Your call. Bag-and-haul costs more because dump fees are real; curb-pile for city pickup is the cheaper option. We'll quote both numbers.

  • Can cleanup run on a recurring schedule?

Yes. Most vacant-lot and absentee-owner accounts run monthly or quarterly with photo updates after every visit so you don't have to drive out to check.

  • How fast do you respond after a storm?

Standing accounts first, usually inside 24–48 hours. Cold calls get on the list as soon as we clear the existing book — typically the same week.
