  • How is this different from the weekly-plan services?

    Lawn and cleaning run on a recurring monthly plan. Construction is project-based — it's scoped, quoted, and scheduled as its own build. Different work, different rhythm, same Betterside standard.

  • Who runs the construction side?

    Ben holds the build book. He scopes the project, runs the schedule, and is the person on the other end of the phone. Construction inquiries route straight to him.

  • Do you handle plans, permits, and inspections?

    Yes — drawings, permits, and inspection coordination are part of the scope on every build. You don't chase the county; the build team does.

  • How do I get a number?

    Tell us what you're building and we'll walk the property, scope it, and put an honest, line-item number in front of you — no hidden-factor padding.
