  • Is an ADU allowed on my lot?

    Depends on your zoning and setbacks — we check it before you spend a dollar on drawings. If the detached route won't work, a garage or basement conversion often will.

  • Can it be built for aging-in-place?

    Yes — zero-step entries, wider doorways, curbless showers, and grab-block framing are common requests. We build the suite for the next decade, not just move-in day.

  • Can I rent it out?

    Many owners do. We build to its own entrance, meter where it makes sense, and to the standard a long-term tenant expects. How you use it is your call.
