What drives the price

Honest math, in public.

No hidden-factor padding. These are the specific inputs that shape a fair number for your property.

  • 01

    Square footage added or reconfigured

  • 02

    Structural work — load-bearing changes, roof tie-ins

  • 03

Kitchen and bath scope — plumbing, electrical, cabinetry

  • 04

Matching existing rooflines, siding, and finishes

  • 05

    Permit and inspection requirements

Questions we hear about additions & remodels.

  • Can we live in the house during the work?

Usually yes. We zone the work, dust-wall the active area, and sequence it so the kitchen or a bathroom stays usable as long as possible. We tell you up front about the weeks that'll be tight.

  • Will the addition match the existing house?

That's the whole job. We match rooflines, siding, brick, and trim so it reads as one house, not a bolt-on. The goal is that nobody can tell where the old stops and the new starts.

  • Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes — drawings, permits, and inspection coordination are part of the scope. You don't chase the county; we do.
