Who Matt is and what they own.

Matt is President of Betterside. He holds the customer calendar — once a property has been through the plan-builder estimator and the work is in scope, Matt is the person on the other end of the walkthrough booking.

He also runs operations: the crews, the routes, the weekly schedule, the quality check at the end of every visit. None of the officers works the desk full-time, but Matt's the one who keeps the moving pieces moving.

His kids are in Mabank ISD. The crew stages out of a shop just off 198. When a Mabank client calls at 5 PM because a storm knocked a branch across the driveway, Matt is the one who reshuffles the next-day route to get the cleanup on the calendar.

Matt holds the Monday commercial route in Athens himself because the stakes are high. One skipped Monday breaks a commercial relationship. He won't skip one.
