Who John is and what they own.
John is CEO of Betterside. The four founding partners — John, Matt, Pablo, and Josh — started the company together in Mabank on the idea that tired people deserve their time back. As CEO, John holds the strategy and stays out of the day-to-day customer surface, which is Matt's.
Customer-facing bookings don't come to John anymore. The plan-builder estimator qualifies properties, and qualified walkthroughs land on Matt's calendar.
What that looks like in practice: each officer owns their book. Matt owns the customer calendar and the front door. Brook owns operations and cleaning end-to-end. Ben owns the construction book. Pablo owns the tech stack. Josh owns the visual brand. Danny owns the voice. John owns the company strategy that lets the rest hold their books cleanly.
He still walks properties when he wants to. He doesn't run accounts.
