What drives the price

Honest math, in public.

No hidden-factor padding. These are the specific inputs that shape a fair number for your property.

  • 01

Square footage and number of levels

  • 02

Decking material — pressure-treated, composite, hardwood

  • 03

    Railings, stairs, and built-in seating

  • 04

Covered roof, pergola, or screened structure

  • 05

Outdoor kitchen, fireplace, or lighting add-ons

Questions we hear about decks & outdoor living.

  • Composite or wood?

Wood costs less up front; composite costs less over ten years because you're not staining it every season. We'll quote both and tell you honestly which fits how you actually maintain things.

  • Do you build covered decks and porches?

Yes — covered decks, screened porches, pergolas, and full outdoor kitchens. Anything that turns the back of the house into a room you use from spring through fall.

  • How long does a deck take?

Most residential decks are a 1–3 week build once permitted, depending on size, levels, and whether there's a roof or kitchen in the scope.
