What drives the price

Honest math, in public.

No hidden-factor padding. These are the specific inputs that shape a fair number for your property.

  • 01

    Driveway square footage

  • 02

Surface type — concrete, asphalt, pavers

  • 03

    Pre-wash and stain pre-treatment required

  • 04

    Number of coats applied

Questions we hear about driveway sealing.

  • How often should I seal my driveway?

Every 2–3 years on concrete, 3–5 on asphalt. Henderson County sun is hard on unsealed surfaces — earlier is better than later.

  • Can you fix oil stains before sealing?

Most of the way. Deep set-in stains may leave a ghost but the seal layer covers most of what's left.

  • How long before we can drive on it?

Foot traffic 4–6 hours, car traffic the next day. We schedule sealings on weekday mornings so weekend driveways are open.
