What happens on the first visit

You booked the plan. Here is exactly what happens next, in order.

Booking is done. The plan is picked. Now what? Here is the play-by-play of your first visit so you know what to expect, what to have ready, and what we are looking for.

The night before

You get a text from John with the crew names and a photo. Something like: 'Matt and Josh tomorrow at 10am. Here is what they look like so you know who is knocking.' If you have a gate code, reply with it. If the dog needs to be inside, let us know.

Arrival

We show up in a marked truck with a trailer. The crew introduces themselves at the door if you are home. If you are not, we start the job per the scope on your plan. No need to be there — most customers are at work.

The walk-around

Before any equipment starts, we walk the property. We are looking for obstacles, hazards, pet situations, sprinkler heads, anything the mower or pressure washer should avoid. If it is a cleaning visit, Pablo walks the inside with you (or alone, if you have left a key).

The work

This depends on your plan. Exterior plans get the mow/edge/trim/blow sequence. Interior plans get the reset clean. Combo plans split the visit — exterior first (because it is louder), interior after. The first visit always takes longer than recurring visits because we are establishing the baseline.

The check and the text

When we finish, the crew walks the property one more time. Then you get a text with a photo. If we noticed anything — a bare spot, a wasp nest, a loose fence board — we mention it in the text. We are not billing you for those observations; we are just telling you what we saw.

After the first visit

Your plan is now running. Same crew, same day each week (or every other week). If you want to adjust the scope, add a room, or drop a service, text us anytime. Changes take effect the next visit.
